Weathered means different things to different people, me? It means old barns and homesteads long abandoned by their families, they have endured the seasons, aging gracefully against the elements.
The best place to find these old gems is over in Central and Eastern Oregon where the dry climate ages the wood without causing mold or rot, most of the dilapidated barns and homesteads are 100 plus years old, just perfect for photographing.
here are a couple of old weathered places I shot while in Eastern Oregon back in October.
